Each month, we highlight our Vows That Wow to showcase weddings that truly embody love, thoughtful design, and unforgettable celebration. This month, we’re excited to feature Maya and Keaton’s enchanted evening.. Having first met in middle school and begun dating as freshmen in high school, their celebration was the culmination of a love story years in the making. Set against the beautiful backdrop of The Clubhouse at Talons and surrounded by family and friends, their celebration was full of meaningful moments, breathtaking details, and a vision that came to life in the most beautiful way.
The wedding festivities began with a rehearsal celebration at Toast, where Maya and Keaton gathered with their closest family and friends before the big day. Guests enjoyed a wonderful meal catered by Baratta’s as they celebrated the couple and kicked off the wedding weekend in an italian-inspired way!
The Wedding Day
One of the most meaningful moments of the day came as Maya made her way to the ceremony. Surrounded by generations of family support, she was escorted to the aisle by her two grandfathers before walking down with her father, creating a memory she will cherish forever.
“My favorite wedding day memory was having my two grandpas drive me to the aisle to walk down with my dad. The whole ceremony was so personal and special and definitely my favorite part of the day!”
Their outdoor ceremony at The Clubhouse at Talons was filled with heartfelt emotion and personal touches, making it one of the most memorable parts of the entire celebration. Set against sweeping golf course views and framed by beautiful florals, the ceremony perfectly reflected the love and commitment they had built together since their high school days.
Design & Details
Every detail of Maya and Keaton’s wedding was beautifully curated to create an atmosphere that felt romantic, refined, and timeless. Soft shades of blush, ivory, and hints of greenery carried throughout the celebration, creating a cohesive design from the invitations to the reception decor.
When asked which vendor made the biggest impact on their wedding experience, Maya and Keaton immediately pointed to White Willow Events.

Serving as the wedding planner and designer, White Willow Events helped bring every detail together flawlessly. Their expertise allowed Maya and Keaton to remain fully present throughout the day, enjoying each moment with family and friends while knowing every detail was being handled with care.
One of the most striking design elements was the stunning tented reception provided by Milestone Event Rental. The expansive tent created an elegant blank canvas that was transformed into a romantic garden-inspired setting complete with cascading greenery, blush accents, and dramatic crystal chandeliers suspended above guests. The result was a reception space that felt both luxurious and inviting thanks to the team at White Willow.
Maya’s bridal glow was enhanced with a spray tan by Tanique, while Keaton and his groomsmen looked sharp in grey suits from Skeffington’s Formal Wear. Maya’s bridesmaids were dressed in beautiful patterned gowns with hints of blush and burgundy.
Meaningful Moments
One of the most memorable aspects of Maya and Keaton’s wedding was how effortlessly every detail came together while still feeling deeply personal. The celebration balanced grand design with genuine connection, allowing guests to feel fully immersed in the experience from beginning to end.
From arriving at the ceremony surrounded by sweeping golf course views to dancing beneath sparkling chandeliers and lush greenery, every moment felt intentional. The combination of thoughtful planning by White Willow Events, the beautiful setting at The Clubhouse at Talons, and the support of an incredible vendor team created an atmosphere that was both elegant and welcoming.
