Allison + Grant’s joyous day was filled with so much love and detail. Delicate shades of green paired with ivory florals perfected an elegant ambiance. Allison found her elegant and stunning gown at Modern Dress Bridal Boutique that flowed perfectly with the unique green bridesmaids dresses. Before heading upstairs to the ceremony, guests grabbed a glass of champagne and signed in on a vinyl record to commemorate the milestone for a fun extra touch! The groom’s best friend officiated their wedding in front of all of their friends and family surrounding them. Here’s what the bride had to say when we asked her to share more about her special day:
“We had the best day and truly the best vendors. We felt extremely lucky to have all of our friends and family there. There were a few special people unable to attend, and Grant and I wanted to memorialize them on our day. I was able to carry a photo of my Grandma on my bouquet as well as Grant’s grandma’s purse she had on her wedding day.” -Allison and Grant
Since there was not a traditional Maid of Honor or Best Man, the bride and groom enjoyed every moment together at a sweetheart table at the reception. After a few speeches from loved ones, Allison and Grant executed a choreographed dance to their favorite artist – Ben Platt. The couple then cut their cake that was crafted by none other than Sweet Cactus Bakery and it tasted just as good as it looked!
To top it all off, with the bride being a graphic designer herself, she designed all of her own signage and invites, as well as created her florals with the help of her mother.
Allison and Grant’s wedding day will always be cherished for all of the sweet moments woven throughout it!
