From thoughtfully curated design elements to meaningful moments shared with loved ones, their wedding was a beautiful reflection of their love story. Rachel and Kyler’s love story began at Dordt University, where they both played trumpet in the wind symphony and jazz band. As a sweet nod to where it all began, the couple incorporated a live jazz band into their cocktail hour, making their celebration even more personal. Their special day was filled with beautiful details, timeless elegance, and plenty of reasons to celebrate. You’re Invited DSM helped bring their vision to life through thoughtful planning, with Rachel sharing how planner Shari Nesbit brought joy and calmness to the entire process while ensuring their day felt authentic to them. Bella Flora Event Design elevated the celebration with stunning florals, decor, and rentals that transformed the venue beyond what the couple had imagined.
The couple’s wedding day style was equally unforgettable. Rachel wore a gorgeous gown from Kalon Bridal Studio, complemented by fine jewelry from Josephs Jewelers, while Kyler looked polished in attire from Skeffington’s Formal Wear. As the festivities continued, Glorious Desserts added a sweet touch with a cake Rachel absolutely loved, while The Sound Doctor DJ & Photo Booth kept the energy high with music and lighting that made for a memorable reception.
Beyond the beautiful details, Rachel and Kyler’s wedding was a celebration of love, joy, and the people who mean the most to them. Rachel shared that one of her favorite memories was being announced as husband and wife and seeing all their favorite people gathered together to celebrate.
