“Our first dance; neither of us had any clue how to dance before the wedding and we were determined not to just sway awkwardly. So, we took lessons at Des Moines ballroom, practiced in our living room countless times and pulled off something we were really proud of. The Sound Dr DJ + Photo Booth also provided cold sparks that he let go off during our dance, which was so fun and a little surprise for our guests. Now, whenever I hear the song “Amsterdam” by Gregory Allen Iskaov, I will always get emotional. And then… the dance floor – wow, it was packed the entire night! At one point we looked around and genuinely thought the floor might fall through. It was that full!
