“We wanted a place where we could all be on site since there were many people traveling to come for our wedding, and we wanted to be able to be together for the weekend,” Natalie shared. “The Gathering Grounds was perfect with all of the houses on site and not having to travel again once we arrived on Friday.”

For Morgan, the weekend experience is what sets Gathering Grounds apart.
“We can currently accommodate 42 overnight guests on-site, with even more lodging coming soon,” she says. “When I got married here, it felt like a true weekend getaway rather than just a wedding day. We spent time fishing, walking around the lake, hosting our rehearsal dinner on-site, and gathering in the game room with family and friends. It gave everyone more time together, which made the entire experience so much more meaningful.”
She also loved the relaxed pace the accommodations provided. “Waking up overlooking the property on your wedding morning is such a special feeling. The bridal suite connected to the lodge creates a beautiful space to get ready, and everything flows naturally from rehearsal to the wedding day without anyone needing to leave the property.”
