The Gardner’s Favorite Moments
Hadley shared:
“My favorite wedding day memory was honestly our ceremony! I thought it was so fun and lighthearted. We read our vows in front of everyone, had Mattie’s grandpa speak, and one of our best friends officiated us. We truly felt God’s presence through the whole thing. It wasn’t scary at all and felt so natural and fun to be up there surrounded by all of our favorite people.”
The Wedding Day
Hadley and Matt’s wedding day was a celebration of thoughtful details, meaningful family traditions, and unforgettable experiences. Planned and designed by White Willow Events, the day blended timeless elegance with playful, personalized touches at every turn. Guests were welcomed to a stunning circle ceremony design before witnessing the couple exchange heartfelt vows surrounded by their favorite people.
Throughout the celebration, meaningful family heirlooms were woven into the design, including displays of both the bride’s and groom’s mothers’ wedding dresses, a sentimental tribute that quickly became a guest favorite. Cocktail hour took on a fun, unexpected twist with a casino-inspired theme featuring three custom ice luges, including one crafted in the likeness of the couple’s beloved basset hounds.
As the evening unfolded, White Willow Events transformed the space with lush florals, elevated decor, and lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Hadley stunned in her Ines Di Santo gown from Rosalie Bridal, paired with jewelry from Siebke Hoyt Jewelers, while Renee Rumler created a soft, glowing bridal look. Madisen Timp Weddings beautifully documented every moment through both photography and videography, ensuring the two can look back on this day forever.
The celebration ended on a high note with “Club Gardner,” an energetic dancy party complete with disco-inspired details and live music mixing from JM3 DJs & Productions, keeping guests on the dance floor long into the night. From the heartfelt ceremony to the unforgettable finale, every element reflected Hadley and Matt’s joyful love story and the community that surrounded them.
