Nestled in the rolling hills of Southwest Iowa, Bella Terre includes the beauty and aesthetics of an authentic Italian vineyard. The original owners, John & Debora Scanlan, have spent their lives traveling and photographing the most breathtaking countries in the world. They specifically shared a divine love for the charming culture of Italy and had always dreamed of bringing that love closer to home by planting a vineyard. Fueled by their creative passions, they turned what used to be a storage shed into a beautiful Italian-style villa that sits on 8 acres of luscious grape vines.
