Meet Addie, a talented baker whose journey began as a high school art teacher in Rock Island, IL. With a love for desserts and a background in 3D design, Addie discovered a way to blend her artistic skills with her passion for baking. In 2019, she took pastry classes in Paris, marking the start of her exciting new career as a full-time baker. Now, with a brick and mortar bakery in the Quad Cities, Addie is known for creating stunning, show-stopping cakes that add a touch of elegance to any celebration. Her tiered cakes are a true highlight, especially at weddings, where they become the event's centerpiece.  At the conception of the business in her home kitchen, Addie's daughter even declared, "Mama, you make the best cakes in the world!" – a sentiment that reflects the love and passion Addie pours into every creation.
